This Privacy Policy explains how 360 Tracker ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), developed by Vishal ("Developer"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our habit-tracking mobile application for Android.
By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1 Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Google Account Data — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. This is used solely to identify your account.
- Habit & Usage Data — Habits you create, completion records, streaks, notes, goals, and any other content you enter into the App.
- Device & Analytics Data — Anonymised usage events (e.g., screens visited, features used) collected via Firebase Analytics and PostHog to improve the App. No personally identifiable information is included.
- Push Notification Token — A Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token used to deliver habit reminders to your device. Not shared with third parties.
2 How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and maintain your account across devices.
- To sync your habit data to Firestore so it is available on all your devices.
- To send habit reminder notifications at times you choose.
- To understand how the App is used and to fix bugs and improve features.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
3 Google User Data
The App uses Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) to authenticate users. We request only the email and profile scopes, which provide your name, email address, and profile picture. This data is used exclusively to:
- Create and identify your account in Firebase Authentication.
- Display your name and picture inside the App.
We do not access, store, or process your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google
service data unless you explicitly grant optional Drive access for photo backup within the App.
Any such access is limited to files the App itself creates (drive.file scope).
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4 Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in secure Google Cloud data centres.
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
- Sensitive local data is stored in encrypted shared preferences on your device.
- We implement Firebase Security Rules to ensure users can only access their own data.
5 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App's Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible within 30 days.
6 Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase — Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, App Check
- PostHog — Product analytics (anonymised events only)
7 Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8 Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
- Data portability.

9 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
