These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 360 Tracker mobile application ("the App"), developed by Vishal ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 360 Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2 Description of Service
360 Tracker is a free habit tracking application for Android that allows users to create habits, track daily completions, build streaks, set reminders, view progress analytics, and optionally sync data across devices using Google Sign-In. The App is provided free of charge with no ads or subscription fees.
3 User Accounts
- You may use the App without creating an account. Core functionality is available offline.
- To enable cloud sync, you may sign in with your Google account. By doing so, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, photo) for account identification purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use 360 Tracker.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or other users' data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or services.
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.
5 User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App (habit names, notes, goals, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Your content is stored securely and is not shared with third parties.
6 Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7 Availability & Updates
- We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may release updates, modifications, or new versions of the App at any time.
- We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any feature with reasonable notice.
8 Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
11 Account Termination
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
